Our Paperless Payroll bureau service is cloud based and fully up to date with the latest COVID-19 SSP requirements.

We're super efficient so that you can focus on running your business while we manage your payroll.

Choose the right service level for your needs. From a simple no-frills payroll service to a fully managed service where we will deal direct with employee queries and communications.

Payroll details are received as an eFile and employees have a secure portal to receive paperless payslips, so no need to print and distribute payslips (think of all the trees and costs that will save!) .

And we deliver P60 Year End Tax Certificates through the portal.

Whether you have one employee or a thousand employees, we can manage your pay runs, either weekly, fortnightly, monthly – or for any other period you require.

We can deal with everything including BACS payment reports for salaries, and tax and NI payments to HMRC, as well as deduction of pension contributions.

And we can look after the payment process for you using the highly efficient Faster Payments Service so that that's one less thing you'll need to do.

VAT Returns

If you are VAT registered we will efficiently calculate your VAT and submit your quarterly VAT returns on time……. every time. You’ll be able to rest in peace knowing that you aren’t going to miss the deadline for submission.

Businesses may be subject to VAT inspection by HMRC. The process is usually much easier if you have outsourced your bookkeeping and accounting to us. Our professional status and independence of your business gives confidence that your affairs have been properly managed.

The same also applies if there are matters that need to be discussed with HMRC. It is usually easier for us to deal with matters on a client’s behalf.

For complex VAT matters or challenging issues we have a VAT Consultant in our team who can provide advice to help you navigate this taxation minefield.

Tax – Business & Personal

Tax for businesses and personal tax can be complex and depends on many factors. Our Chartered Accountants will look at your business and personal affairs to make sure you’re not paying more tax than you need to and that everything is kept up to date. The amount of tax you pay on business profits can be affected by many things and whether you are a sole trader or limited company. We’ll review how your business and personal affairs are structured to help save tax wherever possible.

We’ll look at whether your business is operating tax efficiently and benefiting from all of the allowances and deductions you are entitled to.

Corporation Tax

We believe the best approach is to plan well ahead and not wait to the deadline. We’ll agree a timeframe with you, then after the accounts have been approved we’ll submit to HMRC and Companies House in good time. You’ll then have until the deadline before you have to settle the tax that is due.

Self Assessment Tax Return
If you are required to submit a Self Assessment Tax Return for the tax year ending 5th April it must be submitted to HMRC before the 31stJanuary of the following year.

If you receive income from several sources or your personal affairs are complex a Self Assessment can seem daunting. Let our Chartered Accountants look after this, saving time and making sure it’s done properly, on time.

Capital Gains Tax
