General Bookkeeping J20.00 per hour (plus travel if 10 miles outwith Edinburgh) or Monthly Retainer We can take over and run your exisiting systems and also review them to make them more streamline and efficient. We can help you implement a new system altogether and even train your or your staff ro run it properly. We can then work with you to make sure things stay on track.

Payroll Bureau Agreed Fixed Fee Dependant on Number of Employees Again we can take over or provide you with a wages system that can be carried out on a weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly basis. We can provide you with access to this data via an online link and even lett you employees submit their timesheets etc online.

VAT Returns J20.00 per hour or Monthly Retainer We have vast experience in this area and wil ensure that all VAT 100 forms are lodged on time and that you are well informed or any payments due. We will even attend and work with any HMRC visits you might have so that we are on hand to answer their questions and help the process be a smooth as possible.

Accounts Preparation J20.00 per hour or monthly retainer We can prepare full financial statements for Sole Traders and Partnerships, and we can preprate draft accounts for Limited companies. These accounts can then be passed to your accountant who will spend less time on them than normal, submit them and then provide you with a reduced fee for the work.
