From Our Website

I started my career working in international companies: Habitat, IMG Artists, GE and Novartis, whilst also studying towards the ACCA qualification. I left the corporate world and set up FRAccountants in 2009. I am based in Horley and most of my clients are based in Surrey, West Sussex or London. I provide accounting and tax services to small businesses (limited companies, sole traders) to help them manage their accounting requirements and minimise their tax liabilities. We can help you decide on the right structure for your business, choose whether you should be VAT registered or not, and advise you on the most tax-efficient remuneration package and tax deductible business expenses.

This is when a business is owned and controlled by one person who takes all the decisions, responsibility and profits from the business they run. As a sole trader, there is no distinction between you and the business. You would be personally liable for any debts incurred by the business. If you started running your business as a sole trader, the question of whether you should convert to a limited company is something that you should review on a regular basis. FRAccountants is accredited by the ACCA, which means we are wholly composed of Chartered Certified Accountants and covered by ACCA's Group Consumer Credit Licence under the terms of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
