Gosport Bookkeeping Services is a small, local, family run business, set up in 2010 to help other local businesses reach their potential profit by helping to organise their finances without the price tag.

Sarah Burnham is the main proprietor and is the face of the company, running the business day to day. Help is sometimes required though, and fortunately she has provided the relevant training to other family members (always external, whether it be PA, or Bookkeeping qualifications) - that means we can nearly always take on new clients.

Sarah Burnham found her bookkeeping skills mainly whilst studying Management in college. After being accepted into Hewlett Packard as an IT Analyst (which she also has the relevant qualifications for), she began studying Accountancy and Bookkeeping - and then began offering free services to friends and local businesses to see if they could benefit from what was being offered. These businesses and friends alike are now permanent clients who are happy to pay Gosport Bookkeeping Services for what is offered. Besides these clients, we have a wide range of other clients - from self employed sole traders (mainly skilled/semi skilled manual workers), to pubs in the local area.

There are various ways to contact us if you have any questions or would like a free, no obligation meeting with Sarah. Prices for these services as a whole vary from around ?10 an hour up to ?25 an hour. We have set charges for normal monthly/quarterly maintenance (?50 for each month, equates to ?12.50 an hour), although sometimes there are exceptional circumstances. Exceptional circumstances can (more than often) mean promotions and discounts too! All current promotional offers are on our website.
