Hall Liddy, Chartered Accountants is a three partner practice based on St John Street, Manchester City Centre. The firm was established in 1992. The founding partners, David Hall and Des Liddy, both trained and qualified in accountancy with the international firm, Price Waterhouse. Our third partner, Andrew Pow trained and qualified here in Manchester with Touche Ross (now Deloitte) and joined the Hall Liddy partnership in 1995.
