Got recommended to use JSA and I am glad I did, very helpful customer service and very patient when I didnt really know what to do. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Impossible to get hold of, take 5 chaser emails to respond to a simple query, notoriously provide incorrect information, so I need to stay on top of my matters because I can never rely on their advice. Can't wait to leave them but need to wait a few more months...
