BOOK KEEPING

Accurate book keeping records are essential for an organisation to prosper. I can relieve the stress and help you record the daily transactions so that you can spend time working towards achieving the aims of your organisation.

I can complete the full book keeping function including:

Setting up accounting systems (Full double entry ledgers)
Entering purchase ledger documents (Bills)
Preparing and entering sales ledger doucuments (Invoices)
Cash Flow Forecasts
Credit Control
Creditor and debtor reports (Who do you need to pay and who owes you money)

I will also prepare your tax returns if required.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS

Management accounts are required to make decisions and may also be requested by HMRC, banks etc. I can prepare reports on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis or as required.
I can provide the following reports:

Profit and loss accounts
Balance sheets
Variance reports

VAT REGISTERED

If you are VAT registered I can complete your VAT return on your behalf and sumbit to HMRC. Or if preferred I can provide you with the neccessary information to complete it yourself.

BUDGETING AND FORECASTING
