PM&M has been at the heart of the region's business community since just after the First World War. We've come a long way since three local accountants - Richard Porter, John Horton Matthews and Walter Hindle Marsden -- borrowed 500 from the bank to start the practice in a former dental surgery in Blackburn town centre. Over the years, the firm has expanded through natural growth and mergers with other local firms. This has given us greatly enhanced resources and abilities extending our services into new areas of expertise.
