Our aim is to provide a professional, cost effective bookkeeping and/ or payroll services to local businesses. We take away the burden of capturing your daily accounting effort, and return balanced books and business insight.

We are registered and regulated by The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers to provide services in accordance to licence number 8823.

We provide a complete service. Depending on your needs, you can choose one or a combination of services, from:
• monthly figures e.g. sales, purchases, cash
• bank reconciliations
• payroll
• credit control
• monthly reports e.g. profit and loss, aged debtors and creditor reports
• quarterly VAT returns
• annual accounts preparation for your accountants to sign-off
• figures for your self assessment tax return

The regular, up to date business information will provide you with a clear understanding of your finances:
• improved cash flow - where your money is being spent and where you can pinpoint potential savings
• customers - identify the good and the bad before it is too late
• better credit control - only pay your suppliers when necessary

Good business insight requires frequent information, so that you can make decisions with confidence. Most clients are monthly, however some are also quarterly.

We offer a free initial non committal consultation to discuss your needs and establish how best we can service you.

Our Approach is tailored to your business' needs and we are flexible in the way we will work with you. This will require some initial conversations to ensure we understand your business, and your goals, after you feel comfortable with proceeding.

Depending on your preference we can:
• work from your offices or ours.
• use your system or ours, manual or computerised
• fixed or hourly rate

Hourly rate is J15 -J20 per hour, dependent on the type and regularity of work.
