Annual Budget - Prepared the Indicative Budget for Practice based Commissioning for the Consortia and Locality. -Did the Ledger work on the Oracle application Software (11i) 3. Board and Management Reporting Prepared performance reports by practice (Cost wise) and by specialty (Activity wise) on a monthly basis with the reasons as to why there has been a deficit / surplus -Worked on with the Managers on the business plan as to which of the targets could act the key performance indicators and so that the incentives could be based on those measures -Prepared the Business Cases Analysis for the Practice based Commissioning team by comparing the Services and the cost offered by the hospital and the General Practitioners -Worked on the DES (Directed Enhanced Services) for governing the practices that have met the target set for the incentives to be achieved. 4. Corporate - Had attended IFRS Courses organised by the Council so that could implement the same in the transition phase from UK GAAP to IFRS. -Read the SORP policies and procedures to implement the same in the statutory year end Accounts for the tangible and Intangible Assets. -ad provided complete guidance as to the activities of the PCT and mentored the Employee who had joined the team. Also during audit by acting as a team and providing the required support to the external and the internal auditors. I make sure that they are comfortable asking me any questions and I can always provide them with the best possible solutions.
