| Job description: | My client is a hugely successful and rapidly expanding transport organisation who are looking to recruit a Financial Accounting Manager. Your role will involve ensuring all Group reporting timescales are met and the accuracy of information provided as well as providing financial information to the joint venture shareholders as and when requested.You will provide input in to the development of the business plan and budget as well as ensuring that forecasts made takes account of all business risks and opportunities. Supporting the executive team and senior managers in the management of their financial budgets as well as managing, supporting and developing the financial accounting team.You will be professionally qualified e.g. CIMA, ACA as well as have excellent people management and communication skills. The ability to influence senior management and strong Audit and taxation knowledge are essential. An understanding of SAP and Hyperion systems would be beneficial. |
