| Job description: | We are looking for a professional, experienced Management Accountant to run a small finance team and be fully responsible for managing all aspects of the finances of the business. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | Main responsibilities: Reporting direct to the Managing Director this is an important position as the person would have full responsibility for managing all the finances of the business Responsible for preparation of accurate monthly management accounts, forecasting and reconciliations Responsibility for a small finance team that do functions such as credit control, data entry and admin Produce regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis Making strategic recommendations to improve current systems to maximise efficiency and productivity Company payroll Preparation of VAT Invoicing and payments |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with previous experience at this level and a proven track record. They will also need the following skills: High attention to detail and good analytical skills Experience using Quickbooks Ability to prioritise workload and work in a pressured environment Ability to work proactively and autonomously on your own initiative Trustworthy Good problem solving skills |
