| Job description: | Job Description We are a small business looking to increase ourclient base and sales force, you will be engaging with potential new customers on a face-face basis or over the phone or internet. The role will suit professional, self-motivated individuals, who are enthusiastic, with the drive and determination to succeed. New Sales Agents will enjoy the full support of an organisation offering a comprehensive Accounting, Bookeeping & Payroll Service to the Self Employed, Sole Traders, Partnerships and small to mediutm sized businesses complimented by ongoing commission for all new business obtained. This is a real opportunity to earn ongoing commissions from your own sales and the sales of other agents you introduce to us. We wil also provide you with any sales leads that we get in your area. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | This is a self employed vacancy, you can set how many hours, how and when you work, you are responsible for your own Income Tax and National Insurance payments. We can advise you on this if you need advise. |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | Requirements: Ideally you will have experience in customer services or sales background looking to further your skills. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to think on your feet. Have the ability to network Successful applicants will be ambitious and resilient with the self drive to succeed. |
| Benefits: | Payments: We offer monthly and annual contracts to customer, minimum term 1 year, we are looking to pay 25% commission in the first year and 10% for as long as the customer stays with us and you are an agent for us. Payment will be monthly for monthly contracts, monthly contracts start at ?15 per month, payment for annual contracts will be paid annually and are fixed price contracts at ?200 or ?250 per year. For introducing New Agents to us we will pay you 5% of their sales in the first year of contract and 10% in all future years as a than you for introducing them. You will earn commission on your sales month and after month and year after year for as long as the customer remains with us and you remain an agent for us. We are also offering all agents that meet our small business criteria (non VAT registered sole traders with a turnover of less than 50k pa) our small business accounting package free of charge with your agency on condition you sell at least five contracts within the first year and at have at least five active customers per year. For agents that do not meet the above criteria we offer a 50% discount on any of our services (Obvioulsy no commission is paid for this work) Agents can start working for us as and when they are ready as they set there own hours and tragets, the figures shown for bidding are jus a guide. |
