Our History

Founded by Fred Stebbing as an independent firm in the early 1980's in Wimbledon, South West London; Stebbing & Associates grew rapidly when Paul Windsor, Gavin Stebbing and Sharon Whittle joined Freddie to expand the client base and introduce new expertise and disciplines into the practice. When Freddie retired and Sharon moved to Cambridge in the late 80's, Paul and Gavin who had trained at KPMG and BDO were joined by Simon Marsh, a fellow Cambridge friend who had trained at Deloitte.The practice changed its name to Windsor Stebbing Marsh.
