Jenner & Co was started in 1997 by Graham Jenner who had spent 7 years as a partner of a firm in central Milton Keynes. In addition to Graham, the team consists of 16 members of staff, including 5 qualified accountants. Our offices are located in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. The firm acts for a variety of different types and size of business from the small business operating from home to UK based subsidiaries of overseas companies. We are also part of The Nopalaver Group which offers personal solutions to the professional contracting community.

Self assessment is the name given to the UK regime of personal taxation, introduced in 1996/97. HM Revenue and Customs will issue a self assessment tax return for a particular year shortly after the end of that tax year. Under the self assessment penalties regime, if you fail to submit your tax return on time, a fixed rate penalty of 100 results, even if you have no tax to pay or have paid the tax you owe.
