They were sent by my home warranty company to fix the dryer, then washer, then dryer again. Now the washer is broken again. Every time they break down in a little over a month, so I have to pay again. Not impressed.

We've used Senitts for both Washer and Dryer repair in the past, and always have had a great experience. Calls are answered almost immediately and scheduling appointments are always without hassle and fairly speedy. Repairmen will come directly to home for consultation on repairs, discuss cost after diagnostic, and usually has most parts on hand. If for some reason they don't, they're able to order, and schedule additional appointments.

We've always had our appliances fixed quickly, and correctly. Prices are extremely reasonable. The entire process is always friendly and hassle free. Definitely recommend for any type of appliance issues or repairs.

My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer off of Facebook marketplace from someone who refurbished them. A month later our dryer stopped getting hot. We were advised to call Senitts by our professors at MVNU. We got right in with an appointment and the reaper man showed up right on time. Wonderful service, good break down of prices, and our repair man really enjoyed our cats will be using again.

Our dryer decided to stop working Saturday afternoon; I called Senitt's this morning and am so pleased with the service. My phone call was answered immediately; an appointment was scheduled for today; the repairman arrived early (after calling to confirm that arriving early would not be a problem for us); the work was done efficiently and effectively; and the charge was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend Senitt's.

Called them about my leaking washer on a Friday, they came out Monday gave me a 2 hour window and were on time. He was here for about 20 minutes diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and took my payment. He scheduled a 2 hour window to come back Thursday and was on time once again. He had it fixed and tested within 30 minutes. Was very polite and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely reccomend to everyone!

Kris who works for Senitt's appliance service came out and put a new top on our smooth top range we had damaged. He did an excellent job and my wife and I was very pleased. A few days later our refrigerator broke down and again Kris came out and was able to quickly reset the controls that had somehow turned it off and went to a demo mode. We were extremely pleased with the great service we received. Senitt's is our only appliance service that we will use and at a reasonable cost and we will be asking for Kris again if needed. He is a great young man and very knowledgeable.
