After several meetings and calls with Charlotte Gillett over 3 months to start a larger book keeping project, Mint went completely radio silence. No more replies, no emails, no explanations. I did use Mint just before on a smaller companies account project which they did at the last minute. They sent the one invoice but a couple of months prematurely (before completion of the job). No more communication from then but I received a demand letter from a collections agency over a year later. Don't trust them with business critical service.

Mint Accounting have come to my assistance on more than 1 occasion, and the service has always been first class. a big thank you to Charlotte & the team.
