I found Lmc Louis Manzi and co to be very cowboy unlawful contractors . Not only did they rip me off to start with but they asked for a further 30,000 pounds to return and finish the job, to the 40,000 we had already paid up weekly. Started with small delays and excuses until they vanished for 2 weeks. Returned to me with a demand for more money. Swerve this company with everything you have. LMC Projects did a great job on my garden steps. It was a small job so they were able to fit me in at lightning speed - a very rare occurrence. Highly recommend LMC projects. Louis quoted me a price which I was comfortable with. I didn't regret giving these guys the job. Firstly Louis communicated constantly and let me know throughout what was going on. The work it's self is first class. I had an issue with my water pump which was resolved without further cost to me. The flooring laid looks amazing couldn't be happier.
