I can't thank this company enough. Having tried previous accountants who either didn't get back to me or gave me wrong advice, Hillier Hopkins relieved my stress anxiety by giving me accurate information on my mom's Trust. Debbie was prompt in retuning my call when she said she would and gave me simple and detailed information which not only potentially saved me money but took pressure off me at a time when I really needed it. It is rare today to find a company with no ulterior gain to be so helpful and approachable. I would highly recommend them as a company.

Terrible service. Since working with HHP - No one seemed to know what was going on with my account (they took over the firm of my orginal accountant.)
I was receiving multiple emails in a week from different members of the team all stating different facts, invoicing different amounts and asking the same questions, with no information being centralised or coming from one person. Its been a shambles - maybe part of a handover teething problem - but none the less one that has forced me to find another, more efficient and capable accountant - which has also cost me time and money handing this over.

We used Hillier Hopkins for 5 years and I can't believe how much they charged and what little value they added. We only saw the partner once, when he sold their services. Now our fees are half and we get proper advice and regular partner support that adds value. Our new accountants understand our business and have saved us a huge amount with proper tax planning. I know of a number of companies that no longer use the services of Hillier Hopkins
