I came to I Hate Numbers in desperate need of help after some serious issues with my previous accountant. They went above and beyond my expectations to help me out. After hearing my situation I was given a clear plan of action and they really helped to give me hope again. Once my returns were completed I recieved a personal video explaining exactly what everything meant which was amazing! The video explained every detail clealy and made it very easy to understand. Being from the States, you can imagine how intimidating tax returns can be in the UK. Mahmood and his team have helped me navigate Self-Assessment and have walked me through my returns explaining what everything means. The newsletters they send out are also quite helpful.
