Accounting Freedom is firmly committed to providing measurable service levels to our clients and a personal as well as a highly professional service.Accordingly, we, hereby unconditionally guarantee that if any of the following service criteria are not met, we will agree to make an appropriate reduction in the fee charged.
The Director’s guarantee that
Emails received by 1600 hours on any normal working day will be answered the same day.
Letters will be answered within two days of receipt.
Should it be necessary to leave a telephone message it will be answered same day/following day latest.
If at any time you would like to discuss with us our service to your members or if you are dissatisfied with the service your members are receiving please contact the Directors of Accounting Freedom. If our service has been less than satisfactory we will do everything reasonable to put it right.
