Capital gains tax (CGT) is payable when you sell an asset that has increased in value since you bought it. The rate varies based on several factors, such as your income and size of gain. For residential property, it maybe 18% or 28% of the gain (not the total sale price). Inheritance tax (IHT) is the tax on the estate, which is passed on due to the owner being deceased. Just before a week of deadline I was looking for some accountancy to help with self assessment with dual tax specialisation. Out of the blue I found Carrington Blake via search engine and enquired. They called me back in couple of hours later and understood my problem with suggestions. In the very same day I decided to take their help and it was absolutely right decision.

The time had come to do my taxes again. I was recommended CBA by a friend. I thought I would give them a go. The whole process was very smooth. The main thing for me when it comes to services like this is the communication which CBA do very well. All in all I would highly recommend them if you need a reliable and trustworthy accountant.

I cannot describe the endless amount of hardships experienced in using this excuse of an accountancy firm. anyone can pay to be prioritized in a google search. that doesn't make them any better of a service provider. I have found that I constantly need to nag and chase for things to be completed before their deadlines. After being assured that my self assessment had been submitted on time, I found that a while later I have received a fine from HMRC for late submission.
You will find the evidence in that they constantly have to move office and change phone numbers. The turnover of accountants I had was equally shocking. one month I'm dealing with 'Richard H' next month 'Richard L' next month ' Donald Trump' I'm starting to wonder if these people even exist despite meeting some of them first hand. In changing accountants to one recommended by a mutual friend I found out how painless the experience is supposed to be. Carrington Blake had blatantly ignored his letters of etiquette requesting a handover of data.
They also neglected to meet any of the requirements set out in our agreement of services for my Ltd company and my personal taxes. Once I had demanded that they file my final accounts before the deadline they tried to re-bill me for services I had already paid for in monthly installments. using this as a ransom to not release my accounts a day before the submission deadline.
I find this disgusting and hope no one else falls into the trap I did. I would pay double to use someone reliable. And found that even when I told this to my new accountant he still charges me a fair fee which I gladly pay for monthly and I now have a calendar for my company and personal responsibilities which my accountant seems to follow without any prompting on my behalf. Unlike carrington blake who is good at hiding. I hope HMRC will promptly audit them and regulate such bad accounting practices.

We have had the same telephone number for several years now, we moved office because our last office was knocked down (outside of our control) The people whom are named in the comment still work within the company and I find it very inappropriate that the reviewer could question the existence of people he has met in person.
