Very professional service, very prompt and customer first mindset. Kah was kind enough to make himself available almost at any sort of time it suited me to work around my work commitments, to be able to communicate. Was in a tight spot and required immediate help before a deadline with my small company's accounts and tax return. Basetax (Kah Tan) answered my livechat questions very promptly (considering the hour of the day) and helped me through the process within the hour. I have used Basetax for several years and am extremely pleased with their efficiency and personal interest. Any questions I have needed answering have always received a swift and helpful response. The online programme is easy to navigate and upload your income records to. I have tried alternative more well known software but found them to be confusing, whereas Basetax meets all my financial recording requirements perfectly. As for submitting my annual tax return, it’s a breeze. I thoroughly recommend you give Basetax a try, you won’t be disappointed.

This would be our third year using basetax as our accounting software. Now I'm quite picky when choosing accounting software but you can't really go wrong with these guys. Simple to use, many functions for sole traders, partnerships and more. Customer service via the webchat is the best I've ever used. A response is very quick with Kah & the team working tirelessly to deal with any queries we may have.

I used Basetax to complete my annual tax return after leaving the UK. I found the site's online service simple to use and was very pleased with the way it guided me through the process step-by-step. For me though, what set's the service apart and really stood out was the level of support. I made a few mistakes in my submission and needed to make a few amendments.
I found the support (from Kah) friendly, kind, quick and very helpful - I felt he really went beyond the level of service you get from almost any online service. I have no hesitation whatsoever in using Basetax again in the future and I heartily recommend them to everyone!
