I've worked with IWN for over a year now and the first thing to say is what a lovely and capable team Alex has. The accounting services are excellent. Not only is Alex and his team responsive they are proactive in a number of ways I find very helpful. From producing client information videos, to organising events and for 'check ins' at key points of the year to make the whole accounting service as thorough and easy as possible. My property incorporation had some complexities that needed specialist knowledge. Alex and Jenny were fantastic at understanding my business needs and navigating through the complexities to a positive resolution. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I can't describe the relief I feel knowing my long overdue tax and capital gains have been addressed. I kept putting it off, feeling overwhelmed to tackle it, that is until I contacted IWN. This demonstrated IWNs commitment to adding specific value by learning about me before giving advice, something that not all Accountants do ! Throughout the call and afterwards Alex has been professional and informative with his advice and has even followed up with a video to to clarify and conclude some of our open points. I recently transfered my accounts to IWN on recommendation due to the large and complex nature of my property lettings business. Alex and his team have been fantastic from day one. I spoke with Jenny initially and was very impressed with her on-boarding process and the use of technology for information prescription. I then had an online session with Alex and was immediately reassured that I have, finally, found what I have been missing - a firm of thoughorghly knowledgeable and amiable professionals. Despite my complex needs and tight timescale, Junaid was able to work at pace to meet the HMRC deadlines. Not only that, I recieved a video record and run through of the accounts and a telephone call to go through all the important details. I have not had this level of care and professionalism in all the many years that I have had to deal with accountants.
