Peter Upton accountants made my tax return by mistake in 2016. As the employee of the company prepared it without me asking for it I felt that the honest thing to do is to pay the higher price Peter Upton accountants are charging and kindly apologise to the accountant who I intended to use. The tax return cost 360. In 2017 HMRC had some questions as I investigated the case it turned out there had been a miscommunication from my previous employer and HMRC, hence I got the wrong data.

I asked Peter Upton accountants if they are able to help clarify the issue and write a letter based on the information I received to HMRC. 'Yes, we can help you.' was the answer. What was not communicated that this one letter, will cost me another 360. 1 tax return and twice the price. As a single mom I had to resign from spending Xmas with my family and pay Peter Upton's surprise bill. Is it a good accountant? They are ok. Though you have to agree the price limit in advance.
