I am writing to totally agree with the other reviewer - that was obviously annoyed by this firm's tactics. Constantly increasing petty charges, and when questioned there was always an excuse. They only acted in their own self-interest, not in our interest. In short we had to replace them. We now have an accountant who offers a proper service in our interests, for a reasonable price. Avoid the headache.

Sargeant Partnership has been looking after everything to do with numbers since we started out business in 2012. With no prior knowledge of keeping records or books the staff are only to willing to answer each and every question i had. No question is to small or silly for them and they answer in language that is suitable / understandable. In addition the service is very efficient, friendly and accurate.

I started my business Trinder Hair Studios Limited 12 months ago having got a private investor. Gary and his team especially Jane and Jo have been very helpful at all stages. They introduced me to a bookkeeper and a cloud based accounting solution. They review my accounts, advise on dividends, help with VAT and do my payroll. They have been absolutely fundamental in helping me understand business. I can not recommend them highly enough
