David read Economics at the University of Kent at Canterbury and graduated with a BA Honours degree in 1970. David trained with BDO Stoy Hayward, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1973 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1976. After working for a USA publicly quoted computer consultancy company, David returned to the profession, joining Landau Baker & Co in 1981.
