I've been using Certax for several years and have always received excellent service. The whole team is professional, friendly, and efficient, but I would especially like to mention Claire.
Claire is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. No matter what questions I've had over the years, she has always taken the time to explain things clearly and provide guidance when needed.
It's reassuring to know that if I need help or advice, Claire is always there to support me. Her attention to detail, communication, and commitment to her clients really stand out.

I met Ash and Bella in 2021 and they had a big job as I just brought a carrier bag, full of receipts and paperwork and it was a very stressful time. Since then we have been having the most organised of paperwork and they are always on hand to answer my phone calls and queries and to see me in person and I have never had to wait more than 24 hours before I response. Overall, I am very happy with the service I have received and would recommend.,
