Michael qualified as a Certified Accountant in 1992 in Oxford before spending five years as a partner in a small London practice. Michael joined George Hay & Company in 2001 and became a partner in 2002. Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 with Slater Chapman & Cooke, where he remained for another seven years as Personal Assistant to one of the partners.
