Bill Marshall founded William Marshall & Co in 1989 after training and working with HM Revenue & Customs as an Inspector of Taxes. He worked with HMRC in Manchester, Cardiff, Warwickshire, London, and Pembrokeshire and consequently brought to the practice a wealth of technical experience and expertise.
