I called the other day for a quote, the receptionist was lovely, however, the Accountant I spoke to was rude, as a result I decided to go somewhere else. Edit: the accountant being rude was not being blunt and honest, it was in the manner of which I was spoken to. I called for a simple query nothing complicated and was spoken to in an unprofessional manner hence I went somewhere else.
