Our Agent/Client Feeing team have extensive experience in the preparation of accurate and justifiable fees in all areas of privately funded matters including extensive experience in family law. The preparation of Trust and Executry Notes of Fee together with the drafting of Executry Accounts for Charge and Discharge and Trust Accounts of Capital and Revenue are also expertly undertaken.
Our extensive team of highly experienced Law Accountants allows us to provide, in general, a 7 to 10 day service. We can also provide the following specialist services. Our Chairman James Flett regularly provides input from a Law Accountancy perspective on all manner of Legal Expenses issues including advising the Civil Justice Committee in regard to proposed changes to the Judicial Tables of Fees and rates. Often our Agents find that assistance with preparation of Accounts is best done within their own offices.
